Our FAQ page is not exhaustive, so please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have a different question.

If you’re not happy for any reason simply contact us within 48 hours of cleaning to let us know & we’ll re-clean the affected area free “Do I have to be home?” Most of our customers are out at work when we call to clean their windows, so we leave a ticket with payment details in your letterbox after each clean. If you have locked gates or pets that might escape we’ll text the night before to “What if it’s raining or might rain?” animation=”no_animation”]Our customers like us to provide a reliable service, but sometimes our climate makes this challenging. Because our pure water cleaning system isn’t affected by rain in the same way as traditional methods are we do sometimes continue working in light rain in order to maintain our schedule.
