How often should screens and tracks be cleaned?

Once a year is fine for most people. If you open your windows a lot or live somewhere really dusty, twice a year keeps everything working smoothly. Tracks especially, they get packed with dirt fast.

Do you use chemicals on the windows?

No harsh chemicals needed for screens and tracks. We mostly use water and gentle cleaners to flush out the dirt. Your screens won’t get damaged or discolored.

Can you clean high or hard-to-reach windows?

We’ll pull screens from any window we can safely access. If it’s really high up and tough to reach, we’ll talk through options with you. Sometimes screens on second-story windows need special handling.

Will cleaning help with water spots and stains?

We focus more on dust and debris with screen cleaning. If your screens have staining from hard water overspray, we’ll do our best, but screens are tricky. Sometimes they just need replacement if they’re really bad.

What if it rains after my windows are cleaned?

Rain actually helps rinse screens after we clean them. Tracks are protected inside the frame, so they stay clean. You won’t need us to come back.
