Screen and Track Cleaning In Prescott Valley, AZ
Every screen out, hand washed and back in the opening it came from, and every track vacuumed and wiped, so the windows in your Prescott Valley or Prescott home slide, seal and look clean from the inside.
Clean glass in a dirty frame is only half the job
The parts people notice from inside are the screen and the track, and they are the parts most window cleaners skip.
Red dirt rides the spring wind into every window track in the quad cities, and by summer the track is a strip of grit that keeps the window from sliding and seals in dust. Screens catch the same dirt plus the pine pollen, and a dirty screen makes a freshly cleaned window look hazy from inside.
On an Alexander’s visit every screen comes out, gets labeled by opening, is hand washed, dried and goes back where it came from. Tracks are vacuumed first, then wiped out, and the sills are polished by hand. It is included with a full window cleaning and can be booked on its own.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are screens and tracks included in window cleaning?
Yes. Every full window cleaning includes screens removed and hand washed, tracks vacuumed and wiped, and sills polished. They can also be booked on their own.
Why will my window not slide?
Almost always grit in the track. Red dirt and pollen pack into the channel and the window rides over it. Vacuuming and wiping the track usually frees it.
Can you clean sun screens?
Yes. Solar and sun screens come out and get hand washed the same way, and they are put back without stretching the fabric.
Do you wash the screens with pressure?
No. Pressure damages the mesh and the spline. Screens are hand washed with a soft brush and rinsed.
Will you put the screens back?
Yes, each one in the opening it came from. They are labeled when they come out so nothing is mixed up.
