Using this site
The information on this site is provided in good faith and kept current as best we can. The only price that binds either of us is one we quote you directly for your actual property.
Estimates
Estimates are free and valid for 30 days. An estimate is based on the property as described to us or as we found it on the walkthrough: pane count, stories, surfaces and the condition of the glass. If you add work while we are there, we price it before we do it.
Scheduling and access
Residential work is scheduled in daylight and rescheduled for freezing temperatures or high wind, because neither produces a finish worth paying for. Commercial work is scheduled around your opening hours. We need access to the property on the day; please tell us about a gate code change or a dog before the visit rather than after.
Our guarantee
We check the glass in raking light with you before we leave. Anything you are not happy with gets redone on the spot, and if a streak shows up after we go, we come back free. Applies to every window cleaning visit, residential and commercial.
Restoration work
Hard water, window and windshield restoration treats the surface of the glass. We test a section first and tell you plainly whether the staining will release. Etching that has gone into the glass, fogging between the panes of a double pane unit, and chips or cracks are not something polishing fixes, and we say so before any work starts.
Pressure washing and soft washing
Pressure, temperature and cleaner are matched to each surface. Older stains that have soaked into concrete often fade substantially rather than vanish, and we set that expectation before we start. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose paint, failed seals or deteriorated materials that a normal cleaning reveals.
Payment
Invoices are due on receipt unless we agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash, checks, credit and debit cards and contactless payment.
Liability
We carry general liability and workers’ compensation insurance and will provide a current certificate on request. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
